Er. Mohanan Gangadharan:- is a former Deputy Chief Engineer of KSEBL. He has also worked as the Dy. Chief Engineer with Full power of the CE (SCM) VB, TVM. He has vast experience in the field of Power Distribution for 6 years, Power Transmission & System operation for 18 years which includes power system protection, testing & commissioning and Power Generation Operation & maintenance for 2 years. He has also worked with M/S Siemens Westinghouse , KSA in the field of LSTK Tendering, Design and Project Management for 2 years. He has also got wide experience in Materials procurement and Supply Chain Management for 3 years. During his tenure in KSEBL, he has completed a number of major transmission projects and Solar PV projects. He has got wide experiences in technical consultancy works and is an expert in handling power project execution, and in protection design& testing of EHV installations and operation managements. He has also wide experience in Operation & maintenance of the 340 MW Sabarigiri HEP. He took M.Tech ( Power Systems) from Kerala University and Graduated(B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from University of Kerala in 1988 and obtained PGD in Marketing Management from SCMS Kochi in 1991. He is a Fellow & Chartered Engineer of IEI.

Umesan:- He is an eminent engineer and worked with various portfolios in Multi national companies including Asea Brown Boveri , Baroda ( 1983- 1987), M/ s Siemens Westinghouse ( 1988-2005), ABB( T&D), Abu Dhbai ( 2006-2009), BEMCO (2009- 2012), ABB Global, Chennai( 2013-2017), ENGSOL, Abu Dhabi( 2018) & IEPL ( 2019). He is our chief of planning, and design of EHV substation. He has wide experience in design works, as design manager and chief coordinator. Some of the major works he has executed are 400 kV AIS WBSEB, Jeerat, 220 kV AIS, NALCO, Orissa, 132 kV AIS, Jamual Cements, Bhilai, 400/200 kv Gandhar, NTPC, 220 KV, Kothagudam, AP, SEC-EOA, 115/13.8, KSA Rafeah, SEC-EOA 69/13.8 kV Al- Jazeera etc.
